1/2 cup pure maple syrup(or any liquid alternative sweetener like honey, agave, or date syrup )
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the food processor.
Pulse 10-15 times until combined.
Remove lid and scrape the sides down with a rubber spatula.
Place lid back on and blend another 15-30 seconds until smooth and creamy in texture.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, then enjoy!
(Tip: We sometimes use 3-4 medjool dates and blend them in a blender with half the amount of maple syrup for our sweetener. It helps to cut down on the sugar)
