I have to confess, “I love a breakfast sandwich.”

The idea of having the time in the morning to make or go out for breakfast often implies that it’s the weekend or a vacation day for me and that in itself brings a sense of joy. Whether you’re meeting friends at a local hot spot or having a quiet morning with just the family, breakfast can be much more than a bowl of cereal.


Creatively layering eggs, cheese, avocado and a tomato slice on the most perfectly toasted bread just sparks a day with something delicious!
The breakfast sandwich for me can come in many variations. I have made them the traditional English muffin to a “low carb”, no bread versionway. You can be very creative with breads, toppings, egg style, etc. Take a look at our breakfast recipes.
